If we weren’t Nina’s most challenging clients to date, I’m sure we came close. We contacted Nina two months before our scheduled departure for Peru and Ecuador, when the trip we had booked through another agent appeared to be falling apart. Despite the shortness of time and the complications of our situation, Nina calmly and capably arranged a superb custom tour for us to Lima, Cusco, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. At every juncture, we were met and escorted by wonderful guides and drivers. Our accommodations were terrific – convenient and very comfortable. Although Nina had never booked travel to Ecuador, she extended herself beyond her comfort zone to book us on a Galapagos cruise.
