We arrived yesterday morning and everything went smoothly!
We all had the most amazing time in Peru. The whole itinerary was perfect – I loved how we had full but not packed days so we always had time in the late afternoons to enjoy the hotel, town, and have a nice relaxing dinner. The most memorable parts of the trip were the special touches such as lunch and horseback riding at the ranch (this was favorite activity of the kids), the most special “picnic” (I put it in quotes because it was the most fantastic fresh meal!), the “mom” weavers, and of course the beautiful children at the school. Of course, seeing the all sights was breathtaking!
Nick was the most amazing tour guide – he was so fun for the kids (not sure how we will finish all the candy and treats he sent us home with!) and so informative with all the history he was sharing. Socrates and Edgar were also fantastic. Edgar was extremely helpful on the last day when our flight to Lima was cancelled and helped us rebook for the next flight.
I can see why you are so passionate about Peru. We all fell in love with the country. I’ve attached some photos for you. We will share our experience with all our friends here – will definitely refer Ancient Summit!
