Words cannot describe how pleased we are with how our trip to Peru turned out with your guidance and expertise. It is obvious our many conversations in the planning stages paid off as you completely understood what my partner and I were looking for in our Machu Picchu adventure. As I had mentioned, we have traveled extensively throughout the world (Peru was our 72nd country) and tend to travel on the “high end.
Though, we had a very long day of travel going directly from Lima to Machu Picchu, passing through the higher altitude of Cusco helped us avoid the effects of altitude sickness (with the help of Diamox & Coco Tea). We were so very pleased with our room at the Sanctuary Lodge with a view of Waina Picchu. The service at the hotel was five star all the way as was our dinner that evening in the restaurant (very tasty pisco sour’s as well). When the waiter arrived at our table to say we had a phone call, my mind started racing of what potential emergencies could have happened at home that would warrant a phone call. To hear your cheery voice on the other end of the line welcoming us to Peru and checking up on our adventure thus far, was an extra touch that confirmed to me that you do in fact care greatly about the experiences you arrange.
Your expertise made the trip seamless. Words cannot express how grateful we are for your expertise, professionalism and personal insight on how to make our short visit to Peru a truly memorable. You anticipated our wants and needs and took incredible care of us during our visit.
